The Slat Guys might be a new name,
but the experience behind it isn’t.
Previously known as The Fence King, the business has rebranded to focus on what we do best - aluminium slat fencing, gates, and screens.
At the heart of The Slat Guys is Tom; owner, project manager, and lead installer. With 10 years of carpentry experience and 15 years in fencing, he knows his stuff!
Tom knows how to handle tricky angles, uneven ground, or awkward spaces and turn them into fences and gates that look clean, work perfectly, and last.
Friendly, approachable and detail focused, he treats every project with the same care and attention he would give his own home, he’s the kind of guy who will spend the extra time adjusting a gate so it swings perfectly or lining up slats so the fence actually looks straight, because “good enough” isn’t in his vocabulary.
We get that dealing with trades can be a nightmare - quotes get lost, people don’t show up, jobs drag on.
That’s why Tom and his team keeps things straightforward: honest advice, clear quotes, and a job done properly, on time. We make the process easy to understand, answers questions without the jargon, and ensure the finished product is something you’re genuinely happy with.
