Jarrah Aluminium Slat Fence & Pedestrian Gate - Greenwood
This job in Greenwood, north of the river in Perth, was about extending an existing front fence rather than starting from scratch.
The client already had a wood look aluminium slat front fence and wanted to continue that same look down the side of the property. The main priority was keeping everything consistent - not ending up with a side fence that looked like it had been added later.
Matching the Existing Fence
We installed a new side fence using 65mm Jarrah-look aluminium slats to match the existing frontage as closely as possible. Keeping the same slat size and finish makes a big difference with jobs like this - even small variations can stand out once everything is in place.
To frame it properly, we used colorbond Monument-coloured posts. This adds a bit of contrast without taking away from the wood-look finish, and ties in well with most modern homes.

Along with the fence, we installed a matching pedestrian gate to create proper side access.
