Aluminium Slat Carport side panel enclosure - KINGSLEY
For this Kingsley project, we transformed an open and exposed carport into a more secure, private and visually refined space using custom aluminium slat screening.
The goal was to improve privacy from the street and neighbouring properties while also lifting the overall street appeal of the home. The result is a modern, low-maintenance enclosure that feels fully integrated with the existing house design.
We installed full-width aluminium slat panels along both sides of the carport, forming a custom privacy screen that delivers both security and a clean, modern finish. The 100mm slats were installed with minimal spacing, providing strong visual privacy from the street and neighbouring properties.
The result is a more enclosed and functional carport space that feels intentionally designed, rather than added on.
Added Security with a Front Access Gate
To further improve security, we installed a custom aluminium slat gate extending from the front of the carport through to the front entry.
This creates a defined and controlled access point, adding an extra layer of separation between the street and the home. It’s a practical solution we regularly install across Perth homes, particularly where carports are open and exposed.
